In 2011, Wellington College Tianjin was the first school established by Wellington College Education (China) and the first-ever Wellington College overseas. Today, Wellington College Tianjin is home to Wellington College International Tianjin, Wellington College Bilingual Tianjin A Level Centre and Wellington College Bilingual Tianjin Nursery.
