Congratulation to Our Pupils on Their University Offers

Exciting university news update for December 2023 from Wellington College in Tianjin! Our commitment to helping our pupils find their best-fit universities is reaping rewards, and we are, with current offers now rolling in, anticipating more good news over the coming weeks. 

In Oxbridge news, we are thrilled to announce that ten pupils from our graduating class have been given Oxbridge interview invitations this year. Their applications include a wide range of subjects including Natural Sciences, Biochemistry, Mathematics, Economics and Architecture. The pupils are busy preparing for their interviews alongside their staff mentors as part of an 18-month-long collaboration under our bespoke accelerated programme. 

Equally, we are delighted to share the news that we have already received offers from prestigious universities such as Manchester (x7), Warwick(x5), Bristol, and Edinburgh(x2). These universities are consistently ranked among the top in the world, and we are delighted to see our pupils being recognised for their hard work and dedication.

We are also excited about our first-ever architecture interview at Cambridge, with a course ranked #9 (QS) in the world. Furthermore, we are celebrating the school’s second interview for the Bartlett School of Architecture at UCL, ranked #2 (QS) - just behind MIT.  With the Bartlett acceptance rate being 11%, this is an outstanding achievement. The focus on architecture further highlights the school's commitment to providing opportunities for pupils to pursue their passions and explore various career options.
